Cary Grant stars as a mild-manned paleontologist whose life is thrown into disarray when he meets a free-spirited heiress (Katherine Hepburn) with a leopard named "Baby" who decides almost on a whim to fall in love with the meek professor and do everything in her power to break up his impending marriage. Hurtling along at a breakneck pace and heedlessly piling one ridiculous gag upon another, Bringing Up Baby is a wild, giddy delight.
