I want to exchange the tickets I have purchased – how do I do this?
If your order is still in reserve, you can phone 416-968-FILM. If your order has already been printed off, any exchanges must be made in person at one of our Festival Box Offices during operating hours, under the following conditions:
- There is a $2.50 charge for each ticket exchanged.
- It must be a straight ticket-for-ticket exchange.
- No same-day ticket exchanges are allowed. For example, if you want to exchange a ticket for a screening taking place on Tuesday, September 9, the exchange must take place no later than Monday, September 8 at 7pm.
TIFF is not responsible for tickets left at our box office or any other location if customers fail to pick up their ordered tickets.
