I purchased tickets with my credit card, and my order is in reserve. I will not be attending the screening, but someone else will be picking up my order. How do I arrange this?
In order to arrange for someone else to pick up your tickets at the box office, please follow these steps:
1. Call our box office at 416-968-FILM or 1-877-968-FILM, or write us at [email protected] to inform our operators that someone else will be picking up the order on your behalf, so that we may make a note in your order.
2. Make a photocopy of your photo identification (a driver’s licence, for example)
3. Make a photocopy of the credit card you used to purchase the tickets.
4. Write a note stating that you give this person permission to pick up your tickets at the box office. You must include your first and last name, the name of the person picking up the tickets, and the name and date of the event. Sign the note and print your name, and include the credit card number and expiry date of the card used and the confirmation number of the order.
5. Give the photocopy of your photo ID, the photocopy of the credit card and the note of authorization to the person who will be picking up the tickets. The person must present these items as well as his or her own photo identification at the box office.
