official description

Quiet Christopher Merk just found a new residence: Apartment/Channel 36. Getting to know your neighbours in this building doesn’t require borrowing a cup of sugar; it means picking up the remote. Merk settles in, but his own image doesn’t seem right. If Videodrome heralded a broadcast future, this richly visualized examination of modern technological voyeurism and exhibitionism depicts a disturbingly possible present. AR
